NECESSITY OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE

Physical Exercise is essential for everybody. It is said that health is wealth. Physical exercise helps many ways to keep good health. If the limbs of human body are in proper condition, the owner enjoys perfect health. Only the physical exercise keeps the limbs in perfect condition. Physical exercise helps proper circulation of blood of our body. It increases the hunger and helps digestion of food. Physical exercise makes the muscle of the body strong. It keeps the body fit. It makes a person. healthy and strong. There is a close and vital connection between mind and body. Soundness of mind depends on the soundness of body. In that point of view, physical exercise is necessity for a sound body as well as a sound mind. Physical exercise removes extra fat from the body. A lazy person gets fat, disease and becomes inactive. But a man who takes all through his life. Some people think that physical exercise is a mere waste of time. But it is as essential as our food. Even a sick person can take exercise to recover his illness. To sum up we can say that health ensures the happiness of a man’s life and without physical exercise it is not possible to attain sound health.

MY CLASS TEACHER

Bertrand Russell said, “Teachers are the guardians of civilization”. Teachers are generally regarded as builders of men. Our Class teacher Abdullah, is my favourite teacher. He has left a permanent impression on my mind by his conquering realities of love and affection, convincing power, high personality, and admirable teaching method. He is our friend, philosopher, and guide. He not only observes dutifulness and strictness but also combines in him a number of their realities. He is endowed with scholarship, love for teaching capacity to create interest in his subject, inherent earnestness to see his pupils really educated and improved in character. Above all, he is gifted with a spotless character, which the students may imitate with profit. He carries out his responsibilities fully without fear or favour and strictly enforces the roles of study and conduct. Such a teacher is liked not only by me but also by all sensible students. He takes loving care of his students in all matters of importance. That is to say, he is a tutor, a father, and a friend to his students.

A VILLAGE MARKET

The word village market refers the market which is situated at the village. For the city dwellers it is created shopping mall, supermarket etc with various modern facilities. But rural people satisfy their demon like daily necessary by the village market. It’s a gathering place where usually gathers sellers and customers of different villagers. It is usually arranged under a banyan tree, by a road side on a river bank or on open field where people easily get communication. Different seller come with many village products, vegetables, rice, fish, meat etc. for village customers. It is usually sit twice a week. so people buy things for the whole week of their daily necessary. All the seller sit their temporary shop. At the every the lamp is lit to remove the darkness. It’s also a meeting place of the village people. so they enjoy a festive mood on this day where they can meet their relative also. It has also some defects. Most of the products they sell in a very unheedingly way. Rotten fish and meat are sold in cheap. People suffer various stomach diseases. eating their rotten things, if we remove there faults, it may be more beneficial for the thousands of allayers.

MY BEST FRIEND

I am a school-going student. I have a few-close friends. But Rafiq my best friend. He is my classmate as well. I have known him for long ten years. It was in the year 1995, I was admitted into a local primary school. There I first met him. Since then we have been the best friends to each other. He comes of a respectable Muslim family. His father is the principal of a college. He is kind, considerate and sympathetic. He is very helpful. He is honest and sincere. He has fellow-feelings. For all these qualities I like him. When we were in class eight, I fell ill seriously. I was admitted to the hospital. One night he passed the whole night sitting beside my bed. This incident in addition to all his sterling qualities made me consider him to be the best friend of mine.
